Onsite visits are our most popular service because they accelerate progress by having in-office, hands-on analysis and training.  When this service is scheduled, data will be collected in advance of the visit so that the face to face time will be maximally utilized.  Personal on-call service after the visit is also available.

The following are some great examples of situations that benefit from onsite visits:

• A financial team member has been lost and a new team member needs to be trained quickly. The ability to bring someone up to speed in a couple of days, rather than a couple of weeks or months, is invaluable.
• Your financial department statistics seem to be erratic from month to month.  This is usually a sign that existing systems are lacking or have fallen out and need a radical correction best handled hands on.
• You need quick cash flow and are not sure where to begin. Having an expert on your premises to actually make A/R calls and train along the way will restore order and productivity.
• You have a relatively new team and need quick training on all office topics to bring them up to speed quickly.  Having a personal training in your office will be like having a customized, private seminar with exactly what you need. No traveling, missing days of work, or expensive seminar fees for each of you.
