She knows what it takes to build a strong team and the detriment that a weak team can be to your business.  With the expertise of a lifelong friend, Mr. Kevin Harkins, Ph.D, and his partners who are masters in the human performance field, Kathy helped customize and develop a program specifically for the chiropractic profession.  It includes the web based tools for recruiting, screening and testing, hiring, training and evaluating your dream team.  This technology, called “Competency Management”, can actually help employers perfectly match the right people in the right job and then maximize their performance. Kathy has special insight into the needs of chiropractors and how to place team members for the perfect fit.  You must start with the right team around you.

• Services include assessment and evaluation of your existing team members in comparison to your stated competencies in your job descriptions for the various positions in the practice.  If you don’t have job description, we can help you develop them. Make sure you have the right people on the bus, and then that they’re all in the right seats. 


• Assistance is available with hiring and training for any CA position in the practice. This can be customized for you including onsite services or phone and internet training. 


• Review of existing written office policies and staff policies.  Did you know that many practices do not have a written staff policy manual?  This is dangerous and leaving too much to chance. Assistance can be provided to write and implement office policy manuals if you don’t have one in place.  Don’t be caught without written policies!
